NVIDIA has officially launched its new GeForce GTX 1650 and GeForce GTX 1660 Ti mobile graphics cards for laptops.
After filtering on the canvas for a few weeks, the GeForce GTX 1650 and GeForce GTX 1660 Ti mobile graphics cards have finally been made official by NVIDIA.
They adopt the new Turing architecture and intend to integrate laptops. Several models equipped will also benefit in parallel of a processor Intel Core 9th generation just launched Coffee Lake Refresh Quad Core, Hexa Core or Octo Core.
The GeForce GTX 1650 and GeForce GTX 1660 Ti are devoid of the Ray-Tracing technology that equips the high-end GeForce RTX Turing .
On the other hand, they are compatible with G-Sync , Optimus, Battery Boost, GPU Boost and Ansel. Ansel allows to make 360 ° captures in games.
The GeForce GTX 1660 Ti also supports WhisperMode (silent mode when the PC runs on current) and is VR ready and therefore ready for virtual reality. The GeForce GTX 1650 Supports Volta (Hardware Acceleration for Video Encoding, NVIDIA Encoder – NVENC)
These new mobile GPUs also support DirectX12, Vulkan and OpenGL 4/5, but also HDMI 2.0b, DisplayPort 1.4a and HDCP 2.2.
The GeForce GTX 1660 Ti is advertised far more powerful than the GeForce GTX 960M while the GeForce GTX 1650 is up to 2.5 times more powerful than the GeForce GTX 1650.
