Acer Aspire A715-72G-52HL Specs and Details

The Acer Aspire 7 A715-72G-52HL is a high-performance 15-inch high-performance notebook that is suitable for versatile use.

It stands out with its latest generation Quad Core i5-8300H Coffee Lake processor that guarantees faster processing than Dual Core (or Quad Core low power) software based multicore architecture (eg Adobe Photoshop or Premiere). Here it is associated with a standard amount of RAM of 4 GB that we will gain to increase by adding a DDR4 bar on the free slot.

This notebook is also distinguished by its Intel Optane 16 GB module which is not intended for storage but to accelerate the start / stop phases and the launch of the most frequently used applications.

This is a daily support in terms of responsiveness, but much less important than a conventional SSD this computer lacks. Here, we find ourselves with a hard drive with a capacity of 1000 GB.

Many games can pass on this laptop with concessions under titles demanding graphics resources. In fact, there is a dedicated dedicated GeForce GTX 1050 4GB card, powered by NVIDIA Optimus embedded technology as needed.

Optimus favors the maximum portion of Intel UHD 630 housed within the Coffee Lake despite its modest benefits because it is energy efficient and promotes autonomy. The GTX 1050 is therefore activated by Optimus to perform graphic processing deemed too heavy for the Intel UHD 630, these two graphics solutions of course to watch photos and videos.

The screen also adopts features that lend themselves well to this use with its 16 / 9th format, its Full HD definition adapted to High Definition content and its IPS technology. With the latter, the colors are reproduced more accurately than the average and both vertical and horizontal viewing angles are important. Anti-reflective, the screen is also more legible in a bright environment than a glossy slab.

Connectivity side, this computer is well equipped with its 1 USB 3.1 Type-C, Wi-Fi ac wireless modules and Bluetooth 4.1 for connections and remote communications, its HDMI video output useful for connecting easily to a TV by example, its Ethernet and audio ports as well as its 3 USB all compatible both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, the USB 3.0 guarantee transfers made up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0 if connected to it USB 3.0 devices.

Finally, let\’s mention the ability to identify easily and quickly on the OS with the Windows Hello compatible biometric reader. And that of being able to illuminate the keys of the keyboard chiclet to distinguish them clearly when the ambient luminosity is limited.
