Acer announces new ultraportables running Google’s Chrome OS system for the world of education, the Acer Chromebook 512 C852 and Acer Chromebook 512 C852T touchscreen 12-inch 3:2 format display equipped with an Intel Jasper Lake processor.
The Acer Chromebook 512 C852 incorporates a very low-power Intel processor (TDP 6W) Jasper Lake Celeron Dual Core N4500, Celeron Quad Core N5100 or Pentium Quad Core Silver N6000, all displaying a frequency of 1.1 GHz, all housing within them the Intel UHD graphics part.
The Jasper Lake is associated with a very low-power LPDDR4x 4266MHz RAM up to 8 GB as well as 32 GB or 64 GB eMMC flash storage.
This new ultraportable clearly stands out for the 3:2 aspect ratio of its much more “square” screen and therefore more comfortable in height than the classic 16/9th.
