TheAcer Nitro 5 AN515-58 is a new versatile gaming laptop that runs on Windows 11.

Its main particularity? Announce itself with a powerful Intel Alder Lake processor, future processor that is to be launched at CES 2022 in early January. As a reminder, an Alder Lake is a hybrid processor integrating high-performance Golden Cove cores (P) and efficient Gracemont cores (E).

More specifically, Core i5-12500H and Core i7-12700H (14 cores: 6 Golden Cove 8 Gracemont, TDP 45W) are planned with this new Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 laptop.

The Alder Lake is supported by 8/16 GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM as well as M.2 NVMe SSDstorage.

In addition, this processor is associated with a dedicated NVIDIA Ampere graphics card with ray tracing technology, such as the GeForce RTX 3050 Ti or the new GeForce RTX 3070 Ti which has not yet been formalized by the chameleon firm.

On the display side, it is a question of a 15.6-inch anti-glare ComfyView screen with option IPS Full HD (1920×1080) 45% NTSC 144Hz,and option IPS QHD (2560×1440) 100% DCI-P3 165Hz.

Wi-Fi ax connectivity is of course also part of the chassis which measures 363.4 x 255 x 23.9 mm.

Count less than 1200 euros for a laptop Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58 with Core i5, 8 GB DDR4, SSD 512 GB, RTX 3050 Ti and 144Hz screen, against less than 1850 euros with Core i7, 16 GB DDR4, RTX 3070 Ti and 165Hz screen.
