As for storage, Asus chooses Intel Optane H10 (which we tested) . This solution combines an SSD with a 32 GB Optane module.
Optane offers a contribution close to a hard disk except for the fact that it does not allow the installation and the storage of software / files. If Optane turns out to be a real asset when it is associated with a hard drive, its presence is insignificant when it is coupled to an SSD.
Here we are therefore dealing with a capacity of 512 GB similar to that offered by standard hard drives. Of course, if you need additional space, you can use an external storage unit such as a USB-C / USB 3.0 device to benefit from fast transfers.
As for the autonomy of this Ultrabook whose finesse and controlled weight facilitate transport, bet on about 5 hours of battery operation in light use.
