Inside its silver case of 2.3 kg, a fast SSD storage of honest capacity (512 GB) associated with an AMD Athlon Silver processor and 8 GB of RAM, an ideal package for office automation that favors fluidity system. The connection is correct and its large 17-inch anti-reflective screen allows you to work in good conditions. Be aware that you shouldn’t expect much from its battery life and that the screen is limited by a standard definition (1600 x 900 px / TN).

Asus installs its Asus X712DA-BX200T in a compacted chassis, looking big 15 inches. On the front of the stage, its compact 406 x 253 mm format and its beautiful 21 mm thinness which guides it towards a little mobility. Then, the aesthetic opts for an elegant sober and smooth silver over the entire shell, except around the keyboard with an embossed effect, and drawn edges. The assembly is correct even if the plastic predominates and the clean silhouette of the PC is welcome.
Around the screen, Asus has sought to slightly refine the borders but without being borderless, which does not detract from the charm of the ultrabook.
