It is suitable for modest office use, including internet surfing, as it is built around an AMD APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) Athlon Silver 3050U low-power Picasso processor. However, this one shows its limits under software a little greedy in processor resources, which results in slowdowns.
Fortunately, the AMD Athlon Silver is supported here by a good amount of RAM of 8 GB very appreciable in multitasking.
The graphics are here entrusted to the Radeon Vega 2, a graphics solution housed within the processor. Obviously modest, it still allows you to watch photos and videos. But since it is not supported by a dedicated graphics card logically in view of the price charged, this thin and light laptop is not suitable for heavy graphics work such as games.
On the storage side, HP chooses an SSD that is more robust than a hard drive but also less energy-consuming, silent and much faster.
