The HP Chromebook 14a and HP Chromebook x360 14 2-in-1 Touchscreen Convertible Tablet are new laptops that run Google Chrome OS with an Intel Alder Lake-N processor, flash storage, USB-C and Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, all in a compact, thin and light package.
The HP Chromebook 14a is a new laptop that runs Google’s free Chrome OS.
It is based on an Intel Alder Lake-N processor with integrated Intel UHD graphics, either Intel Processor N100 or Intel Processor N200.
The Alder Lake-N is paired with UFS flash storage with a capacity of 64/128/256GB.
But also 4/8 GB LPDDR5 4800MHz of soldered RAM.
This laptop offers Wi-Fi 6 ax, Bluetooth 5.3, headphone/mic combo audio, 2 USB 3.2 (Gen1) and 1 USB 3.2 Type-C (Gen1).
It is equipped with a 14-inch WXGA (1366×768) 250cd/m² display, topped by a 720p HD webcam with microphone.
The new HP Chromebook 14a comes with a 47Whr battery paired with a 45W USB-C adapter.
It weighs 1.45 Kg, measures 325.1 x 215.9 x 17.78 mm and starts at $299.
The HP Chromebook x360 14 stands out for the fact that it can open 360° to transform into a tablet.
It is equipped with a 14-inch Full HD multi-touch screen.
In addition, this 2-in-1 laptop stands out for its 64/128GB UFS storage options.
But also by its weight of 1.36 Kg for dimensions of 322.6 x 210.8 x 20.3 mm and a base price of 399 dollars.
