Toshiba is upgrading its Portégé Ultrabook with a new model equipped with a Kaby Lake Refresh Quad Core processor, the Toshiba Portégé X30-E. On the program, dedicated SSD storage, full HD screen, 4G and Thunderbolt 3 connectors or even announced autonomy of 10 hours, all in a 1.05 Kg chassis.
The new Toshiba Portégé X30-E Ultrabook is based on a low-power Kaby Lake Refresh Quad Core processor with Intel UHD 620 graphics, a Kaby Core i5-8250U (1.6 GHz) or a Core i7-8550U (1.8 GHz) .
It is associated with a 2400MHz DDR4 RAM of up to 32GB via 2 slots and a M.2 NVMe PCIe dedicated SSD storage solution up to 1TB.
On the display side, there is a 13-inch full- screen anti-glare screen with an In-Cell Touch touchoption .
Professionals are pampered with the presence of a dual touchpad pointing system AccuPoint (= Trackpoint), a biometric reader with TPM 2.0 security chip (Windows Hello compatible) and a Windows 10 Professional system.
Chiclet type, the keyboard of course benefits from a key backlight system .
Nomads will be delighted to learn that the Toshiba Portégé X30-E has a weight of 1.05 kg for dimensions of 316 x 227 x 15.9 mm, which facilitates its transport.

Bringing a design Bleu Onys brushed appearance, the Toshiba Portégé X30-E is announced in several versions in France.
According to our information, we find in the high-end a version equipped with a Core i7-8550U with 32 GB of RAM, SSD 1 TB, full HD touch screen and 4G connectors.
A non-touch edition with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD is also planned, with or without 4G module.
