Chassis, connectors, screen of the HP Pavilion 14-ce3011nf
Rechargeable to 50% in 45 minutes, it sports a sober and elegant design with its mineral silver-colored chassis, natural silver keyboard frame with anodized painted and sanded finishes.
This Ultrabook benefits from a good connection consisting of 1 USB 3.1 Type-C, wireless Wi-Fi ac and Bluetooth 5.0 modules for remote communications and connections, Ethernet and audio ports, an HDMI video output practical in order to easily connect it to a TV or a monitor for example or 2 USB 3.0 (USB 2.0 compatible) guaranteeing transfers up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0 if you connect USB 3.0 devices .
Appreciable functionality, a backlighting solution equips the chiclet keyboard which is very practical to better distinguish its keys in case of limited ambient light.
With its IPS technology, the screen has comfortable viewing angles, both horizontally and vertically. But its colorimetry is average, lower than that of higher-end IPS panels. As it adopts a precise Full HD definition superior to the 1366×768 standard as well as a 16: 9 format, the screen is well suited for displaying High Definition content and in particular videos. The screen is also shown with its anti-reflective treatment which is more readable than a glossy panel in a light environment (ex: outdoor).
Performance, autonomy of the HP Pavilion 14-ce3011nf
The HP Pavilion 14-ce3011nf is a compact, responsive High Definition laptop designed for everyday use.
It stands out with its hybrid storage offering a high total capacity of 1.1 TB. It consists of a very comfortable 1000 GB hard drive which supports a 128 GB SSD intended to house the main software in addition to the system.
The SSD has the advantage of guaranteeing a much more fluid and reactive operation than a simple hard drive. So we get, for example thanks to the SSD, much faster application launches and starts / stops.
On a daily basis, the SSD supports the heart of this thin and light computer. It includes 4 GB of standard RAM and adding a RAM module will be more comfortable in multitasking if you need it.
There is also a Core i3-1005G1 Turbo low-consumption Ice Lake processor.
Remember also that the Core i3 Turbo are significantly more efficient than the Core i3 without Turbo (Core i3-7xxxU and lower).
This Ultrabook therefore delivers good benefits in everyday use, such as in office automation and Internet surfing. It is however not designed for heavy graphics work like games since it does not carry a dedicated graphics card.
Viewing photos and videos is of course possible with this elegant PC, thanks to the modest Intel UHD 620 solution integrated into the Core i3.
As for the autonomy of this Ultrabook whose transport is facilitated by the controlled weight, compactness and finesse, bet on about 6 hours of battery operation in light use.
