Google Chromebook Plus – new range of Chromebooks laptops with superior features

In order to take market share from Windows, Google is launching its new Chromebook Plus lineup, a set of higher-end specifications for laptops running Chrome OS.

Chromebooks are laptops that run Google’s Chrome OS system offering the advantage of being free unlike the competitor Windows, and largely based on the Cloud.

Launched more than 10 years ago, Chromebooks will now be available as Chromebook Plus, a new brand launched by Google to offer more attractive specifications for users.

But also to be able to exploit features based on AI – Artificial Intelligence – and therefore Google applications using AI but also third-party software such as Adobe Photoshop on the web.

We think in particular of the magic eraser of Google Photos to remove unwanted elements.
And the MountainView firm proposes to generate images and backgrounds by AI using queries, to modify the wallpaper during video calls for example.

To be Chromebook Plus, a laptop must meet several requirements.

Obviously run on Chrome OS but also offer at least: a 3th generation Intel Core i12 processor (Alder Lake) or Ryzen 3 70008 GB of RAM128 GB storage, a Full HD IPS screen or a Full HD 1080p webcam with noise reduction.

The first 8 Chromebook Plus laptops will be marketed from 449 euros from October 9 in France, including by Acer, Asus, HP or Lenovo with its Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 5 Chrome 14IAU7 Plus already mentioned.
