This versatile Ultrabook is equipped with a correct connectivity with its convenient HDMI video output to easily connect it to a TV or monitor for example, its Wi-Fi ac and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless modules for remote connections and communications, its audio port or its 3 USB 3.0 (compatible USB 2.0 and USB 3.0), USB 3.0 guarantees transfers made up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0 if USB 3.0 devices are plugged into it.
The screen benefits from significant viewing angles, both horizontal and vertical, as it adopts IPS technology. On the other hand, logically with regard to the price charged, the colorimetry here is average, lower than that of more high-end IPS panels. As it incorporates a good amount of RAM of 8 GB as well as an Intel Tiger Lake Core i3-1115G4 processor, this versatile Ultrabook delivers good performance in everyday use, such as surfing the Internet and office automation.
In addition, thanks to the Intel G4 graphics solution housed in the Core i3-1115G4 whose performance is superior to that of the classic Intel UHD 620, you can watch photos and videos but also play light titles.
It’s worth bearing in mind, however, that under CPU-intensive software, this sleek silver laptop shows its limits, like editions focused on an AMD Ryzen 3 processor and of course less powerful processor.
As for storage, we find here a silent SSD but also more robust than a hard disk, less energy consuming and much faster.
Concretely, the SSD guarantees a much better responsiveness and fluidity in use than a simple hard disk. Thanks to the SSD, we benefit for example from much faster starts/stops just like the launches of applications, or a faster arrival on the cards of online games.
Here we find a 256 GB SSD, which corresponds to half of what hard drives offer as standard. In practice, you can house light and/or few files/software on the embedded SSD. But of course in case we need more space, we can use an external storage unit. Opting for a USB 3.0 device is then an interesting solution to get fast transfers.
