Chassis, connectors, screen of Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL6 (82H802C6FR)
With its thin and light Arctic Grey design, this laptop adopts a sleek and discreet look.
It runs on Windows 11S, a security-focused system by only allowing the installation of apps from the Windows Store. One can get out of S mode for free to migrate to classic Windows 11, but then it is impossible to return to S mode
This versatile Ultrabook is well equipped in terms of connectivity with its USB-C, its audio port, its Wi-Fi ax wireless modules (newer and more powerful than Wi-Fi ac) and Bluetooth 5.2 for remote connections and communications, its convenient HDMI video output to easily connect it to a TV or monitor for example without forgetting its 2 USB, USB 3.0 (USB 2.0 compatible) guarantees transfers up to 10 times faster than USB 2.0 if you connect a USB 3.0 device.
Thanks to its anti-reflective treatment, the screen offers better visibility than a shiny slab in bright environments (e.g. outdoors). In addition, due to its 16/9th format and its Full HD definition, the screen lends itself well to the display of videos and especially High Definition content.
Performance, battery life of Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL6 (82H802C6FR)
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL6 (82H802C6FR) is a thin and light 15-inch High Definition laptop for everyday versatile use.
As it incorporates a low-power Intel Tiger Lake Core i3-1115G4 processor combined with a good amount of 8 GB RAM very useful in multitasking, it delivers good performance in everyday use, such as surfing the Internet and office automation.
In addition, it allows you to look at photos but also to play light titles thanks to the Intel UHD G4 graphics solution housed in the Core i3.
The latter shows its limits under CPU-intensive software, like amd Ryzen 3 and less powerful processors obviously.
On the storage side, there is an SSD that is less energy-intensive than a hard disk but also silent, more robust and much faster.
As a result, the SSD guarantees a much better fluidity and responsiveness on a daily basis than a simple hard disk, which implies much faster starts/stops and launches of applications, or a faster arrival on the cards of online games.
With its 256 GB, the SSD offers a capacity less than half that offered by hard drives. But of course in case we need more space, we can use an external storage unit. Opting for a USB-C/USB 3.0 device is then an interesting solution to benefit from fast transfers.
As for the autonomy, bet on about 7 hours of operation on battery in light use for this versatile Ultrabook whose finesse and the weight contained facilitate the transport.
