New thin and light gaming laptop, the Lenovo Legion S7 16ARHA7 with 16-inch 16/10th screen up to 2.5K sRGB 240Hz runs on Windows 11 with an AMD Rembrandt processor up to the Ryzen 7 Octo Core associated with a high-end RDNA2 Radeon RX 6800S graphics card, PCIe 4.0 SSD storage or 6E ax Wi-Fi connectivity.
The Lenovo Legion S7 16ARHA7 is a new versatile laptop with an onodised sandblasted aluminum design Onyx Grey (medium gray) or Storm Grey (dark gray).
It measures 357.7 x 260 x 16.9 mm and weighs 2,175 Kg with its Li-Polymer 71Whr battery ensuring an announced autonomy of 8 hours against 9 hours with the Li-Polymer 99.9Whr battery for a weight of 2.23 Kg.
Rapid Charge Pro technology can charge the first by 50% in 30 minutes, during which time the second high capacity can be recharged to 70% thanks to Super Rapid Charge technology.
This gaming laptop features an AMD APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) Rembrandt Hexa Core Ryzen 5 6600HS (3.3 GHz) processor with integrated Radeon 660M graphics solution or Octo Core Ryzen 7 6800HS (3.2 GHz) with Radeon 680M.
A high-end AMD RDNA 2 dedicated graphics card is also embedded: Radeon RX 6600S 4 GB GDDR6 dedicated or Radeon RX 6800S 8 GB GDDR6.
The heart of this computer also consists of 16/24 GB DDR5 4800MHz RAM (8 GB soldered 1 slot) as well as an M.2 NVMe PCIe 4.0 x4 SSD storage from 512 GB to 2 TB in 2280 format.
The Lenovo Legion S7 16ARHA7 also offers connectivity – largely positioned on the back – Wi-Fi 6/6E ax (2×2), Bluetooth 5.2, HDMI (8K@60Hz), audio combo Headphone / Microphone, 2 USB 3.2 (Gen1, 1 Always On) and 2 USB 3.2 Type-C (Gen2) as well as a 4-in-1 SD/SDHC/SDXC/MMC card reader.
On the display side, there is a 16-inch IPS 16/10th anti-glare screen 100% sRGB 1200:1 with low blue light emission either Full HD 165Hz 300cd/m², or 2.5K 165Hz 500cd/m² DisplayHDR 400, or 2.5K 240Hz 500cd/m².
We find above a 720p or 1080p HD webcam with microphone and privacy shuter to preserve privacy.
