Lenovo ThinkBook 14/15 IML Specs and Details

Lenovo is launching 2 new thin and light Ultrabooks with Intel Comet Lake processor, the Lenovo ThinkBook 14 IML and Lenovo ThinkBook 15 IML with dual storage including SSD.

The Lenovo ThinkBook 14 IML is built around an Intel Comet Lake Dual Core i3-10110U (2.1 GHz), Quad Core i5-10210U (1.6 GHz), Quad Core i7-10510U (1.8 GHz) or Hexa Core i7-10710U (1.1 GHz), all with integrated graphics solution Intel UHD 620.

The Comet Lake is associated with 4/8 GB DDR4 2666MHz of welded RAM, 1 RAM location being available.
Storage side, there are 2 slots : 1 in 2.5 inch format for hard drive (7mm thick) and 1 for SSD M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 either x2 2242 or x4 2280, or Intel Optane Memory H10 module .

On the display side, we are dealing with a 14 inch Full HD anti-reflective screen (1920×1080) or 220cd / m² 500: 1 TN, or 250cd / m² 800: 1 IPS .

On the connection side, the Lenovo ThinkBook 14 IML includes a 4-in-1 SD / SDHC / SDXC / MMC card reader, Wi-Fi ac wireless modules (1×1 or 2×2) and Bluetooth 5.0, an HDMI 1.4b video output , Gigabit Ethernet and Headphone / Mic combo audio ports, 2 USB 3.0, 1 USB 2.0 (behind a cover!), 1 USB 3.1 Type-C (Gen1) and 1 USB 3.1 Type-C (Gen2).

Also included are a 720p HD webcam with ThinkShutter for better privacy, 2 speakers (2x2W) Dolby Audio and a chiclet keyboard resistant to splashes with backlight option keys.

Among the options, there is also a biometric reader for authentication by fingerprint recognition via Windows Hello technology and a dedicated graphics card AMD GCN Radeon 625 2 GB GDDR5.

In addition, if it is fitted as standard with a Li-Ion 45Whr battery (80% rechargeable in 1 hour) offering an announced autonomy of 9 hours , an optional 57Whr battery (12 hours) is provided.

With a robust aluminum chassis that meets the military resistance standard MIL-STD-810G , the Lenovo ThinkBook 14 IML weighs 1.5 Kg , measures 326 x 230 x 17.9mm and is announced in Mineral Gray.
