LG unveils a powerful new large-format gaming laptop, the LG Ultragear 17G90Q based on Intel Tiger Lake-H Octo Core processor, a high-end NVIDIA Ampere graphics card, SSD storage or Thunderbolt 4 connectivity.
The LG Ultragear 17G90Q is a new laptop targeting gamers with its high-end NVIDIA Ampere GeForce RTX 3080 Max-Qgraphics card.
It is associated with an Intel Tiger Lake-H processor up to theOcto Core as well as 16/32 GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM (2 slots) and M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD storage up to 1 TB per SSD, knowing that 2 M.2 slots are offered.
The display of this gaming laptop is entrusted to a 17-inch IPS Full HD (1920×1080) 99% sRGB 16/9th screen with low latency 1ms and high frequency of 300Hz.
The screen is topped with a Full HD webcam with infrared technology allowing authentication byfacial recognition via Windows Hello also exploited by the fingerprint reader integrated into the power button for biometric recognition.
Also part of the part are 4 speakers (4 x 2W) DTS X Ultra as well as an RGB backlit chiclet keyboard with numeric keypad.
On the connectivity side, there are Wi-Fi ax (Wi-Fi 6E, Killer Wireless) and Bluetooth 5 wireless modules, an HDMI video output, headphone/micro and Gigabit Ethernet combo audio ports, 2 USB 3.2 (Gen2), 1 USB 3.2 Type-C (Gen2) and 1 USB 4 Type-C Thunderbolt 4 as well as a microSD/UFS card reader.
The LG Ultragear 17G90Q cooled by a Steam Chamber solution adopts Purple Gray design, weighs 2.64 Kg and measures 400 x 271.6 x 20.9-21.4 mm.
Featuring an aluminumchassis, it runs on Windows 11 with a high-capacity 93Whr battery.

which allows users to customize game-related options and view a variety of performance data — including CPU frequency, TDP and GPU frequency, and memory sharing rate — in real time. And for a completely unique setup, users can choose and apply a different color to each key of the laptop’s attractive RGB keyboard
LG tells us that its new LG Ultragear 17G90Q laptop designed to play will first be marketed in the United States as well as in South Korea in early 2022, then in the rest of the world.
