Dell released its Inspiron G5 5000 (5587), a new 15-inch, full-featured, high-performance IPS matte multi-purpose notebook PC targeting players with its high-end NVIDIA Pascal GTX Max-Q dedicated graphics card. It relies on a latest generation Coffee Lake Hexa Core i7 processor, a good amount of RAM, a hybrid storage solution marrying dedicated SSD and large capacity hard drive, a Thunderbolt 3 connector as well as a backlit chiclet keyboard. It appears at less than 1300 euros under Windows 10.
With its black finish and angular lines it sports a gamer design.
The heat is drained through the large back grille and Dell mentions that just removing a single screw to gain access to the system and its components.
The battery is 25% rechargeable in 15 minutes.
