Lenovo is discreetly launching its new ultraportable Chromebook 3 in 11 inch format. Positioned on the entry level, it works under the Google Chrome OS system.
The Lenovo Chromebook 3 is a new ultraportable also referenced under the name Lenovo IdeaPad 3 CB 11IGL05 .
It is built around an entry level very low consumption Intel processor (TDP 6W) either Gemini Lake N4000 Dual Core (1.1 GHz) or Gemini Lake Refresh N4020 Dual Core (1.1 GHz), both with integrated graphics solution Intel UHD 600.
This processor is coupled to 4 GB LPDDR4 2400MHz of RAM (soldered) and eMMC 5.1 flash storage of 32 GB or 64 GB.
Its display is entrusted to an 11.6 inch WXGA HD (1366×768) anti-glare 250cd / m² screen. It comes with a 720p HD webcam with microphone, 2 speakers (2 x 2W), a chiclet keyboard resistant to splashes and a microSD card reader.
On the connection side, there are Wi-Fi ac wireless modules (2×2, Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 9560) and Bluetooth 4.2, a headphone / microphone combo audio port, 2 USB 3.0 and 2 USB 3.1 Type-C (Gen1) .
The Lenovo IdeaPad 3 CB 11IGL05 (or Chromebook 3) runs on Google’s free operating system Chrome OS . It weighs 1.12 Kg , measures 286.7 x 205.5 x 18.05mm and offers an announced autonomy of 10 hours with its 42Whr Li-Polymer battery.
This new ultraportable black design Onyx Black is expected in France in editions with Celeron N4020 and 32 GB or 64 GB eMMC.
